At EOER, every piece is handmade with care and prepared especially for you.

Shipping Within India

We currently offer complimentary shipping across India. The cost of shipping is included in the price of your piece, so there are no additional shipping charges at checkout.

Processing & Delivery

As our jewellery is handmade, please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be carefully prepared and dispatched.

Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 3–5 business days.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will share the available tracking information with you by email.

You can use the tracking information to follow the progress of your order.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly when placing your order.

If your parcel arrives damaged, appears to have been tampered with, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at contact@eoer.in as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of deliver

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the package and item so that we can assist you.

Delayed Deliveries

While we work with our delivery partners to ensure timely delivery, EOER cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date.

If your order appears to be delayed beyond the expected delivery period, please contact us at contact@eoer.in and we will help you track the shipment.

Incorrect Address

Please carefully check your shipping address before completing your order.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
