1. About EOER

EOER is an independent handmade jewellery brand offering micro-macramé jewellery and related products through this website.

Our jewellery is handmade and may therefore have minor variations in knotting, texture, placement, or finish. These variations are a natural part of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

2. Products

We make every reasonable effort to display our products, colours, materials, dimensions, and details as accurately as possible.

Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, and photography.

Because each EOER piece is handmade, no two pieces may be perfectly identical. Small variations are part of the character of handmade jewellery.

We reserve the right to modify product details, discontinue products, or limit product availability at any time.

3. Product Care

Our jewellery should be handled with care.

Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, please keep your jewellery away from excessive moisture, water, perfume, oils, chemicals, and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

Please follow any care instructions provided with your order.

Damage resulting from improper care, misuse, alteration, or normal wear and tear may not be considered a product defect.

4. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products.

An order is considered accepted once EOER has confirmed the order.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, product availability issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or incorrect order information.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will arrange an appropriate refund to the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment provider's processing time.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

5. Prices and Payment

All product prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Prices may be changed from time to time. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

We currently offer complimentary shipping across India, and no separate shipping charge will be added at checkout for eligible domestic orders.

Payments are processed through the payment methods made available at checkout, including third-party payment providers.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary to process your order and payment.

6. Shipping and Delivery

EOER currently ships within India.

Shipping is complimentary and is included in the product price.

Orders generally require 1–2 business days for processing before dispatch. Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 3–5 business days, although actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather, operational disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided to the customer by email or through the applicable delivery service.

7. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

EOER accepts eligible returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

Returned jewellery must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging.

Change-of-mind returns are subject to the applicable return conditions, and return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact EOER as soon as possible so that we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

8. Handmade Nature of Our Products

EOER jewellery is made by hand.

Minor differences in knot tension, texture, shape, placement, and finish may occur between individual pieces. These differences are an inherent part of handmade craftsmanship and should not automatically be considered defects.

We aim to maintain consistent quality across our products while preserving the handmade character of each piece.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the EOER website, including but not limited to the EOER name and logo, product designs, photographs, text, graphics, illustrations, videos, and other original materials, belongs to EOER or is used with appropriate permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or commercially use EOER's content, product designs, photographs, branding, or other intellectual property without prior written permission.

10. Website Use

You agree to use the EOER website only for lawful purposes.

You must not use the website to engage in fraudulent activity, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or otherwise misuse the website or its services.
